here in Bangladesh providing services to help people apply
for a visa to enter the United Kingdom(UK).
- How Can We Help You?
You will find information on this website, supplied by the
UK Border Agency, about how to apply for a UK visa to enter
the UK, if you need one. You can also use the VFS free email
service and telephone enquiry service (call rates apply)
to obtain the same information. VFS also manages visa application
centres for the UK Border Agency here in Bangladesh, where
you should submit your completed visa application form,
supporting documents and biometric data. . Please see the

- Where Can I Get Advice?
VFS staff cannot give you advice on how to complete your
application, or what type of visa you should apply for.
If you need help with your application or advice about the
UK's immigration rules and requirements, you should seek
advice from a qualified immigration adviser. In the UK immigration
advisers regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services
Commissioner (OISC - www.oisc.gov.uk).
You can also obtain advice from legally qualified professionals
regulated by designated professional bodies. A list of legally
qualified professionals who can advise on immigration matters

- Who Decides if I Will Get A Visa?
Your visa application will be processed and decided
by UK Border Agency staff. VFS staff do not play any part
in or influence the outcome of your visa application. If
any member of VFS staff claims to be able to influence your
visa application, you should inform the nearest the UK
Border Agency here in Bangladesh as soon as possible.
