  VFS Global is a commercial company, working in partnership with UKBA and the British High Commission here in Bangladesh providing services to help people apply for UK visas.
  
  
  
• How Can We Help You?
  
  You will find information on this site, supplied by UKBA, about how to apply for a UK visa, if you need one. From this site you can also use our free e-mail service to obtain the same information. We also offer a telephone information service.
  
  Information about the UK's immigration rules and policies can be found on UKBA' website (www.ukvisas.gov.uk).
  
  VFS also manages Visa Application Centres for UKBA here in Bangladesh, where you should submit your application, your biometric fingerscans and pay the application fee. The address details of the VACs can be found in the Contact Us section of this website.
  
  
  
• Where Can I Get Advice?
  
  Our staff cannot give you advice on how to complete your application, or what type of visa you should apply for. If you need help with your application, or advice about the UK's immigration rules and requirements, you should 'seek advice from a professionally qualifed immigration advisor. In the UK these are either solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or immigration advisors registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC). You will find on the website of the professional association, the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association, www.ILPA.org.uk, a Directory of its members including solicitors and OISC regulated advisors.'
  
  In the UK, the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner keeps a list of registered immigration advisers.
  
  
  
• Who Decides If I Will Get A Visa?
  
  Your visa application will be processed and decided by UKBA staff. Neither VFS, nor any of our staff, play any part in or influence the outcome of your visa application.
  
  If any member of our staff claims to be able to influence your application, you should inform the nearest British diplomatic mission as soon as possible.
