The VFS Premium Service Lounge facilities are available at the visa application center in Dhaka. The Premium Lounge Service includes:

What does it cost?
The Premium Service Lounge facilities cost BDT 2500 including taxes. This charge is in addition to the visa application fee.
Do I need to book an Appointment?
If you want you can book an appointment for the Premium Service, so that we can facilitate you submission in time. Please schedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your desired appointment date. When you request an appointment, please provide the followings in the mail:

Once you have Scheduled your Premium Lounge service appointment you will receive an email confirming the date and time of your appointment. Please print the premium lounge service appointment confirmation and bring it with you on the date of your appointment.

SMS Service
VFS Global is pleased to be able to offer an SMS service which updates customers in Bangladesh on the progress of their UK visa applications. The easy to use SMS service sends an automated message to the applicant's mobile phone at various stages of the visa application process. This is followed up with an automated email message to the applicants email account informing them of the status of their visa application. The SMS text is available in English only.
This service can be purchased for BDT 150 (inclusive of VAT) at the time a customer submits the visa application. The
SMS application form can be downloaded in the comfort of their own home and filled in before arriving the visa application centre.
