What does it cost?
The Premium Service Lounge facilities cost BDT 2500 including taxes. This charge is in addition to the visa application fee.

Once you have Scheduled your Premium Lounge service appointment you will receive an email confirming the date and time of your appointment. Please print the premium lounge service appointment confirmation and bring it with you on the date of your appointment.

Fast Track Service
The UK Border Agency will expedite the processing of your visa application and return of your documents. Customers may request this service if they are applying for a visitor visa (excluding student visas) and have traveled without difficulty in the last five years to one of the following countries: UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or a Schengen country.
Please note: If you have been refused a visa for any one of these countries or overstayed your visa to the UK or been removed or otherwise been required to leave the UK, the processing of your application is likely to take longer than the processing times set out below, and is unsuitable for the Fast Track process.
What does it cost?
The cost of Fast Track is an additional BDT 5700 (including taxes).

The UK Border Agency will fast track the processing of your application and aim to make your documents available for collection if you have paid for this service in the following timescales, if you apply on working day 1 (please see below*):

* If you submit your application before 1000 A.M. “Day 1” in the processing schedule will be the same day. If you submit your application after 1000 A.M. “Day 1” will be the next working day.
Important note: Using the Fast Track service does not guarantee that your visa application will be successful. All applicants must meet the requirements of the UK’s Immigration Rules. The Fast Track fee will not be refunded if the visa is refused or, in exceptional circumstances, takes longer than the processing times set out above.

Please note that there is a limited allocation of Fast Track slots each day. Customers are advised to schedule an appointment. Customers may attend a visa application without appointment only if there are unallocated appointments. Each visa application centre will have a submission desk clearly designated for Fast Track applications.
Prime Time Service
Prime time appointment service is mainly aimed to facilitate applicants to make an appointment at the Sylhet and Dhaka visa application centre at a convenient time, outside of normal business hours, at a cost of
BDT 5500 for each appointment, plus the visa fee. Prime time appointments will be available
Saturday (Weekend) 10:00 to 13:00.

To book/schedule an appointment applicants will need to send an email to the above mentioned email ID, mentioning their name, passport number, contact number, preferred application centre and preferred date & time of appointment (Saturdays only). Applicants will be sent a confirmation letter of appointment which will have the booking reference number, applicants name, passport number and date and time of applicant’s appointment. Applicants will be required to carry print copy of this when they come to the VAC for applying for the visa. |

KIOSK Service
The Kiosk facilities are available at the visa application centres in Dhaka & Sylhet. Applicants with no access to a computer connected to the internet and printer can arrange in advance contacting their nearest application centres either in Dhaka or Sylhet to schedule an appointment.
On availing VFS Kiosk services, applicants will have the option to submit their application and supporting documents same day, avoiding the need to visit the centre twice. Full instructions on how to access the website and submit an application form will be available in the respective centres.
The IT (KIOSK) service will cost BDT 160 for the first 30 minutes and then BDT 80 for each subsequent 15 minutes, with printing charged at BDT 30 per page.

SMS Service
VFS Global is pleased to be able to offer an SMS service which updates customers in Bangladesh on the progress of their UK visa applications. The easy to use SMS service sends an automated message to the applicant's mobile phone at various stages of the visa application process. This is followed up with an automated email message to the applicants email account informing them of the status of their visa application. The SMS text is available in English only.
This service can be purchased for BDT 150 (inclusive of VAT) at the time a customer submits the visa application. The
SMS application form can be downloaded in the comfort of their own home and filled in before arriving the visa application centre.
