VFS operates a call centre to answer your questions about the visa application process.
The call centre cannot provide immigration advice, and cannot give you any information about the progress of your application after it has been sent to the UK Border Agency. To find out how your application is progressing, see the Track your application page.
Our staff will be able to assist you in both English and Bangla. All calls will be charged at local rates. Since the call centre is based out of Dhaka, Nation Wide Dialing (NWD) rates will apply if you are calling from outside Dhaka from a fixed landline (but not if you are using a mobile).
Please note: Calls received at the UK Border Agency at the British High Commission will be re-directed to the call centre.
